How do custom pet portraits work?
When placing your order, you will need to upload at least one high-quality photograph of your pet to be drawn. It helps if you can upload a few photos, but please make sure the pet is clearly visible, in focus, and that the image is a decent quality. We will let you know if we require additional images.

How is the portrait made?
Your portrait is hand drawn, reproduced as a Giclee Print on top-standard art paper, and sent to your delivery address. A Giclee Print is a high quality, archival inkjet print with a gorgeous, colour-rich matte finish. Your order includes one A3 or A4 portrait.

Will I received a digital copy of the portrait?
No.

How long will it take for my portrait to be completed?
Current turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks. This can change, depending on the current volume of orders.

Can I return my portrait?
Every portrait is custom-drawn and printed from the photograph you supply of your pet. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds. If you are unhappy with your portrait, please get in touch via our contact page.
